About Us and The Story Behind iNutrial
iNutrial is a solution born from experience, research, and real-life situations.

Naturally iNutrial
It all started with one question: Is this really okay?
Most changes don't begin with a decision, but with a question. For me, the answer was born in the kitchen.
When I was diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune disease and lay in a hospital bed with pericarditis, one thing was clear: this is not okay.
I did not want powerful medications or steroids with strong side effects. I rejected medication and decided right then and there to change my lifestyle.
Since then, slowly, step by step, I unravelled the path that led there. I was affected by insulin resistance, autoimmune hypothyroidism, PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), and adrenal fatigue.
Not long after, my younger daughter was also found to be sensitive to gluten and dairy. I knew: the answer for both of us lay in the kitchen.
Even while working and raising twin daughters in primary school, we managed to establish a sustainable, functioning lifestyle for the whole family.
I began experimenting with the then-unknown paleo ingredients — and lovable meals emerged from my hands.
There was no question: these flour mixes had to reach others' tables as well. With a humanities degree and no professional background, I plunged into food development.
I studied, researched, experimented — and I still do to this day.
The products I developed are now available across Europe, and I am grateful to have helped many thousands of people over the past decade and a half.
Behind iNutrial lies a long journey: the story of a family that now eats consciously and proudly shows the way for others.
I believe that a health-conscious lifestyle is not complicated — if well-structured, it is easily sustainable.
