Provence Baguette (Using Provence Baguette Flour Mix)

Preparation Time: ~60 minutes (including 15–20 minutes resting)

Yield: 4 small baguettes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs (M)
  • 100 g Provence Baguette Flour Mix
  • 100 g water
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix the eggs with water, then add the flour mix and olive oil, stirring until smooth.
  2. Let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Divide into four equal portions and shape into baguettes about 1.5 cm high using wet hands.
  4. Bake at 180 °C (fan) for ~40 minutes until done.
  5. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
