Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs (M)
- 100 g Provence Baguette Flour Mix
- 100 g water
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix the eggs with water, then add the flour mix and olive oil, stirring until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Divide into four equal portions and shape into baguettes about 1.5 cm high using wet hands.
- Bake at 180 °C (fan) for ~40 minutes until done.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
