Pancakes (Using Waffle & Pancake Flour Mix)

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 100 g pancake & waffle flour mix (½ packet)
  • 300 g still water
  • 20 g erythritol
  • A little fat for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix the eggs with erythritol.
  2. Add half a packet of the flour mix, then gradually add the water, stirring until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Cook in a moderately heated, lightly oiled pan for 30–60 seconds per side.
