Ingredients:
- 4 medium eggs
- 100 g pancake & waffle flour mix (½ packet)
- 300 g still water
- 20 g erythritol
- A little fat for frying
Instructions:
- Mix the eggs with erythritol.
- Add half a packet of the flour mix, then gradually add the water, stirring until smooth and lump-free.
- Cook in a moderately heated, lightly oiled pan for 30–60 seconds per side.
