A crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside bun base with high fiber content. Flaxseed, psyllium husk, and bamboo fiber help create the ideal texture and lasting satiety.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, golden flaxseed flour, psyllium husk, coconut flour, baking powder (acidity regulator: cream of tartar; raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, bamboo fiber.
Preparation: Mix 2 large M-size eggs with 50 ml water. Add the flour mix. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. With lightly wet hands, shape it into buns. Score the top and sprinkle with seeds if desired. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or into bun molds. Bake at 180 °C with fan for about 40 minutes. Cool on a rack before slicing.
May contain traces of sesame, nuts, mustard seed, corn, celery, and lupin.
