What makes it different from classic gluten-free mixes?
Instead of being built on starch “fillers”, it’s based on almond flour, golden linseed flour, and coconut flour — giving you a more nourishing profile: more fibre, more protein, fewer carbs.
Preparation (as on the pouch)
Pancakes (10 pcs, approx. Ø16 cm):
Mix 1 pouch (60 g) with 4 eggs (size M) and 340 g warm water (50 °C) until smooth.
Rest for 5–10 min, then fry in an oiled pan.
Waffles (4 pcs, approx. 10×10 cm):
Whisk 4 eggs (size M), 40 g warm almond milk (50 °C), and 72 g melted coconut oil.
Add 1 pouch (60 g), mix until smooth, rest for 5–10 min, then bake in a waffle iron.
