High-fiber, protein-rich rustic paleo bread base. Golden flaxseed, psyllium husk and bamboo fiber appear in their natural form – without refined ingredients.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, coconut flour, golden flaxseed flour, psyllium husk flour, salt, baking powder (acidity regulator: tartaric acid; raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate), bamboo fiber, konjac flour.
Preparation: Set aside 4 tbsp of the flour mix. Whisk together 4 medium (M) eggs, 1 extra egg white, 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, 40 g lukewarm coconut oil and 50 g lukewarm water, then add the contents of the packet. Sprinkle half of the reserved flour onto baking paper, place the soft dough on it, then sprinkle with the remaining flour. Shape the loaf, score the top and transfer to a baking tray. Bake at 180 °C, top-and-bottom heat, for 50 minutes, then for an additional 10 minutes on convection. Cool completely on a rack before slicing.
May contain traces of sesame, nuts, mustard seed, corn, celery, lupin.
