Ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, golden flaxseed flour, fiber blend (psyllium husk, bamboo fiber), salt, baking powder (acidity regulator: tartaric acid; raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate).
Preparation: Add the contents of the packet and 60 g olive oil to 260 g lukewarm water (~40 °C). Mix with just a few strokes. With wet hands, shape into a loaf and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (top–bottom heat) for 60 minutes. Cool on a rack before slicing. Gluten-free, dairy-free, high in protein and fiber; approx. 1.5 g carbs/slice (≈35 g).
