General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms of Service (“GTS”) contain the general terms and conditions for using the online store operated by Uberior Healthy Life Kft., 8000 Székesfehérvár, Iszkaszentgyörgyi út 67., tax number: 25479492-2-07, as Service Provider (“Service Provider”).
Please only use our services if you agree with all points and consider them binding. This document is not formally registered and is concluded solely in electronic form (it does not qualify as a written contract) and does not refer to any code of conduct.

Basic Provisions
1.1. Issues not regulated in these Terms, as well as interpretation of these Terms, are governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services.

Range of Products and Services Available for Purchase
1.6. Indication of whether displayed products can be purchased online or in person, and whether prices include VAT, shipping, and packaging fees.

1.8. In case of promotional prices, users must be informed of the promotion period.
Ordering Process

1.12. The Service Provider is obliged to electronically confirm receipt of the order immediately. If confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the customer is released from obligations.
Processing and Fulfillment of Orders
1.13. Time required to process orders.
1.14. General fulfillment period: 5 working days from confirmation.
1.15. If the product is unavailable, the customer must be informed, and the amount paid must be refunded immediately, within a maximum of 30 days.
Right of Withdrawal
1.16. According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the customer may withdraw from the purchase without reason within 14 days of receipt.

Warranty
1.18. Products are covered by a X-month warranty. In case of malfunction, the services specified in the warranty card or the Service Provider’s customer service will provide information. See: Government Decree 151/2003, Civil Code provisions on implied warranties and product guarantees.
Complaint Handling
1.19. The Service Provider is obliged to inform the consumer about its headquarters, the place and method of handling complaints. Postal address, email, and phone number for contact must be provided.
Miscellaneous Provisions
1.20. The Service Provider and User shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, the Székesfehérvár Court of Registry shall have jurisdiction.
