Simple preparation — reliable results
No special technique needed: whisk until smooth, then cook for a few minutes until thick.
Preparation (as on the pouch)
Pour 500 ml of thick, unsweetened plant-based milk into a pot, add 60 g erythritol (or an equivalent sweetener) and the contents of the pouch.
Whisk until smooth.
Then cook over heat, stirring continuously, for a few minutes until thick.
