The premium loaf baked from our Crispy-Crust Loaf Mix has a beautifully crisp crust and a soft, tender crumb — a real bread experience, while still being a more mindful choice.
If you’re switching to a more conscious lifestyle, you don’t necessarily have to give up bread. Sometimes you only need a better swap: a loaf that is high in fibre, provides protein, and is distinctly lower in carbs for everyday eating.
Why you’ll love it
- Fibre-rich: 13.2 g fibre / 100 g prepared bread
- Protein included: 8.3 g protein / 100 g prepared bread
- Low-carb slice: 1 slice (35 g) contains 6.1 g carbohydrate (70 kcal)
- Crisp outside, soft inside — and slices nicely
What makes it different from classic gluten-free breads?
This is not the “crumbly free-from compromise.” The loaf is built on fibre-rich ingredients, which is exactly why many people prefer it when they want a more mindful approach to everyday meals.
Baobab — not just “another fibre”
Baobab is known in many cuisines as a superfood-type ingredient: a distinctive plant-based addition that gives the loaf a subtly unique character and fits the iNutrial direction — not only free-from, but more nourishing.
