Easy preparation – reliable results
A few minutes of prep, then it browns in the pan — stir, flip, break into pieces, and it’s ready.
Preparation (based on the pack)
Mix 4 medium eggs with 20 g erythritol until smooth, using half of the pack contents.
Add 50 ml plant-based milk, 50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice and 20 g raisins.
Pour into a 25 cm pan with 2 tbsp heated fat/oil. Cook over medium heat, stirring and flipping often, breaking into smaller pieces as it browns.
Tip: serve with powdered erythritol and apricot jam (jam is not included in the carb calculation).
