Keto Pancake & Waffle Flour Mix
KETO Pancake & Waffle Mix — when you crave something sweet but really want to keep carbohydrates low. This is not a “keto compromise”: it comes together quickly, bakes beautifully, and works reliably as both pancakes and waffles. One pouch = two options — choose your favorite.
Why is it outstanding?
1 pouch (60 g) = 10 pancakes (approx. Ø16 cm) or 4 waffles (approx. 10×10 cm)
High fiber: 26.6 g fiber / 100 g mix
High protein: 23 g protein / 100 g mix
Low carbohydrate: 11.4 g carbohydrate / 100 g mix
Carbohydrate (prepared according to recipe): pancake (~30 g, Ø16 cm) approx. ~0.8 g, waffle (~60 g) approx. ~2.5 g
How is it different from classic gluten-free mixes? It is not based on starch “fillers” but on almond flour, golden flaxseed flour, and coconut flour — thus giving a more nutritious profile: more fiber, more protein, less carbohydrates.
