A true Hungarian savoury classic — made gluten-free, without losing the pogácsa experience. Soft inside, lightly crisp on the outside, and perfect for snacking, guests, or taking on the go.

Not a crumbly “gluten-free substitute”: the dough comes together fast, rests briefly, then shapes easily with wet hands — and bakes up with a nice, stable texture.

Easy variations (2 favourite styles)

  • “Tepertő” style: make the base recipe, but swap the coconut fat for 40 g pork crackling spread.
  • Cheese style: mix 40 g grated plant-based cheese into the dough.

Simple prep — reliable results
Rest, shape, brush, score the top — then bake. Ready in about 15 minutes (fan).

Preparation (as on the pouch)
Mix 2 medium eggs (size M) and 1 egg yolk with 40 g coconut cream and 40 g soft coconut fat.
Add the mix.
After a few minutes’ rest, with wet hands form 10–15 small balls and gently flatten the sides into a slightly square shape.
Brush the tops with the remaining egg white and score a grid pattern.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan) for about 15 minutes.
