Simple preparation — reliable results
1 bag makes 2 pizzas (approx. 24 cm each). No special technique: mix, knead, roll out between baking paper, then bake.
Preparation (as on the pouch)
1 bag makes 2 pizzas (approx. 24 cm each).
For 1 pizza: combine 72 g lukewarm water, 25 g olive oil, and half the mix (77–78 g).
Knead into a smooth dough.
Roll out between two sheets of baking paper to approx. 24 cm.
Transfer to a baking tray with the paper, add toppings.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 20 minutes (depending on toppings).
