15-Minute Grilled Sandwich Mix – Gluten-free flour blend
Quick, hearty base for hot sandwiches. A fibre-rich, super-fast breakfast alternative.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, coconut flour, salt, baking powder (acidity regulator: tartaric acid; raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate), golden flaxseed flour, konjac flour.
Preparation: Mix 4 large M eggs with the flour blend. Add 4 tbsp lukewarm coconut oil, then 50 g lukewarm water. Spoon the mixture into a sandwich maker and prepare sandwiches with any filling you like. If too thick, thin with 1–2 tbsp water.
May contain: traces of sesame, nuts, mustard seed, corn, celery, lupin.
